behind the photos
One day simply wasn’t enough to celebrate Michelle and Matt’s wedding. Instead they wanted an entire weekend in the Virginia countryside to celebrate with their loved ones. The weekend vision was completed as soon as Michelle found her wedding dress - a stunning architectural Oscar de la Renta gown - the inspiration for the entire wedding. The modern glass tent, created a structural surrounding for the evening that mirrored the structural elements in her gown. The linens looked like they were cut from her Oscar de la Renta lace. The floral archways, lush with white florals, mimicked the soft flow of her train. As the sun set and the chandeliers filled the glass tent with a warm, amber glow, Michelle changed into more form fitting look with a sparkling Berta dress. The couple danced the night away with their guests, surrounded by the star glittered night sky.
